    Job Description

    Responsible for handling customer quotations, customer orders, customer complaints proceeding to the system, and feedback to customers. Coordinate with concerned departments (Planner & Purchasing dept., Production dept., Logistics dept., Quality Management and Finan and Accounting Dept. etc.) to solve systematic problems to meet customer satisfaction on customer’s request specifications on and timely basis. Prepare weekly & Monthly Reports of Sales Figures for the Business Development Manager and Management Local team.
