Job Description
– To oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction.
– Responsible for the co-ordination and supervision of the entire Guest Relations operations.
– Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
– Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests
