We are seeking an experienced Procurement Advisor with a strong background in sourcing raw materials for seasoning and flavoring products. This role supports a confidential product development initiative and focuses on strategic ingredient sourcing and supplier evaluation. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing procurement channels and exploring clean label formulation options.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide expert advice on sourcing strategies for key seasoning ingredients.
-Identify and assess local and regional suppliers, with attention to food-grade compliance and cost efficiency.
-Evaluate clean label alternatives to existing raw materials and assess technical feasibility.
-Consult on procurement cost structures, market availability, and supply risks.
-Collaborate with product and R&D teams to align sourcing with formulation goals.

Qualifications:
-Experience in raw material procurement within the food or flavoring industry.
-Proven track record in sourcing ingredients for seasoning, snack, or processed food manufacturing.
-Strong understanding of ingredient standards, regulatory requirements, and supplier evaluation.
-Knowledge of clean label trends and formulation considerations is preferred.
-English communication is a plus.
-Thailand-based professionals or Thai nationals preferred.
