We are looking for a Production and Blending Specialist with hands-on experience in seasoning manufacturing processes, particularly in dry blending, batching, and mixing operations. The selected candidate will provide technical insights to support process evaluation and clean label product development under a confidential initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide expert consultation on industrial seasoning blending and mixing processes.
-Evaluate current or typical dry blending procedures and recommend improvements for consistency and efficiency.
-Advise on process steps, equipment use, and batching workflows in seasoning production.
-Support formulation teams in assessing production feasibility for clean label reformulation.
-Participate in periodic consultations with internal teams on blending process optimization.

Qualifications:
-Hands-on experience in food production, preferably in seasoning or snack manufacturing.
-Strong understanding of blending equipment, batch control, and industrial mixing techniques.
-Familiarity with food safety protocols, production line flow, and quality control standards.
-Experience with clean labels or simplified formulations is an advantage.
-Basic English communication is a plus.
-Thai national or Thailand-based professional preferred.
